Opt Out of Communications

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Agent Analog at any time by using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any Agent Analog message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Email us: Send a request to hello@agentanalog.ai with the phone number you would like removed. We will process your request within 48 hours.
• Contact the event organizer: Reach out directly to the organizer of the event through which you received messages. They can remove your number from the attendee list.

• You will no longer receive any SMS messages from Agent Analog for that event or any future events using the same phone number.
• If you opted in to facial recognition-based photo delivery, your biometric data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your opt-out preference is recorded immediately and persists across events.

If you would like your personal data deleted entirely (including message history, phone number, and any photos), please email hello@agentanalog.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number associated with your account.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMD).
